How quickly can you fit my carpet?
Many customers get a fitting date within a week of their quote being agreed, and smaller jobs like repairs or edging can often be turned around faster than a full room re-carpet. Timings vary with the season and how busy we are locally, so message us on WhatsApp with your postcode and we'll give you a realistic date, not a vague estimate.
Do you cover my area?
Yes — we cover the UK. Whichever service you need, from a single-room re-carpet to a full commercial fit-out, we have fitting teams working across the country seven days a week. Message us your postcode on WhatsApp and we'll confirm cover and the next available date straight away.
Can I supply my own carpet for you to fit?
Yes — plenty of customers buy their own carpet, vinyl or flooring and book us for the fitting alone, at £4–£7 per m². We'll still come and measure first so you order the right quantity, and flag anything that might affect the fit, like a thin underlay or an uneven subfloor.
Will you take away my old carpet?
Yes — uplifting and disposing of old carpet or underlay is standard on most jobs that involve a full uplift, so you're not left with offcuts to deal with yourself. If your job doesn't naturally involve an uplift, such as a small repair, just ask when you get your quote and we'll price it in.
Are your fitters insured?
Yes, every fitting team we send out is fully insured, so you're covered in the unlikely event anything goes wrong in your home or business while we're on site. We're also happy to send proof of insurance ahead of the job if your landlord, managing agent or insurer needs to see it.
